**Expert Assistance**
I wish to express my gratitude to Kim (Vale Hearing) for her expert assistance with my hearing aids. I had NHS aids fitted after audiograms. They were partly effective, but the follow up appointments were not booked and involved long waits. They were too brief to solve problems.
So I sought the aid of other audiologists, three in fact. The most knowledgeable and helpful was Kim who understood my problems and has taken endless care to fit the ideal aids for me. She offers follow up
(locally) (at home) at various times to suit the patient. She solves complex technicalities to make it easy for the patient.

**Very Professional**
Kim helped straight away when my elderly grandmother suffered temporary hearing loss. She was very professional and this was all done in the comfort of my grandmothers own home, which was amazing especially as she is blind and has limited mobility. Highly recommend, especially as she has all the most up to date equipment and knowledge to sort all hearing issues out

The service we had (especially during COVID) was amazing and so professional. Microsuction is painless and changes my daughters hearing quality radically. PPE and all precautions necessary to safe guard us and VHH but mostly the personal service at your home. Fantastic. K
**NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE**
From the outset I was impressed by the professional way in which Kimberley carried out my hearing test. Nothing was too much trouble to explain or advise. In view of my higher frequency hearing loss i listened and made a considered decision on the way forward.
I invested in a pair of hearing aids which have proved to be excellent, and with the follow up care from Kimberley I have found them to be easy to manage clean and adjust if required.
With my particular aids I can listen to the television at a higher sound level than my wife and thus end any conflict as regards " can you turn it down a bit" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Prior to this I did not have any hearing aids, but my apprehension was allayed by the considerate way in which the whole process moved forward.
**anti COVID Safeguards**
Visited by appointment for ear wax removal via micro suction. Kim very professional in the procedure and all anti COVID safeguards properly carried out. I’m very happy to recommend.

I cannot thank Kim enough for taking care of my ears today with short notice. I had suffered with blocked ears for a few weeks but one call and it is sorted. Very professional and patient making sure they were clear again. Would highly recommend.
