Micro suction earwax removal is undertaken using opticlar magnifying loupes and a medical suction device. A thin metal attachment is fitted to the end of the suction tube which allows the clinician to gently remove the earwax from your canal.

Micro suction is the safest and most comfortable method of earwax removal. The fact that we can clearly see the ear canal and more importantly exactly what we are doing, makes it an exceptionally safe procedure. It is a comfortable and effective process.

A brief medical history regarding your ears is required as well as consent to carry out the micro suction treatment.

We use highly effective micro suction equipment to remove wax that may be blocking your ear canals. This non-invasive technique is carried out by trained, and fully insured Audiology staff with extensive ear care experience.

We are able to show you the current view of your ears before removing the wax and then after once the procedure is done by using a video otoscope.

Consultation Only Fee - £25

One ear wax removal (Includes consultation fee)- £45

Two ears wax removal (Includes consultation fee) - £60

Home Visit Service Fee - £20 extra will be added to the above costs to cover travel costs and time out of clinic (within a 10 mile radius).
